The world's largest automaker, Toyota, plans global sales of a few thousand units of its hydrogen-burning fuel cell vehicle by 2015.
The futuristic vehicle's anticipated high price is the reason of sales will be limited.
Toyota will begin sales of the plug-in hybrid version of the Prius next year, which can travel 14.3 miles in pure electric mode compared with just 1.3 miles for the non-plug-in Prius.
